What is Chair Yoga?
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga designed just for you! Practiced while seated in a chair, this class adapts traditional yoga poses to ensure comfort and ease, with options for every BODY. You don’t need to get down on the floor, making it ideal for all ages, abilities, and experience levels.

In this class, you’ll improve your mobility, balance, strength, and mindfulness in a way that feels supportive and comfortable. You can practice the entire class from your chair, or choose to stand for a few balance poses using the back of your chair for support.

Mikola will guide you through each pose, helping you find the version that works best for YOU and YOUR BODY on any given day. No matter where you are in your journey, this class is all about adapting to your needs and helping you feel your best.

Never tried yoga before? No problem! Our class is the perfect starting point for beginners. With clear explanations for every pose, you’ll quickly build confidence and comfort in your practice. As you continue to attend, you might even find yourself incorporating these uplifting exercises into your daily life at home.

A very subtle way of using muscles without overtaxing. I left feeling more relaxed and positive.

I felt sore at the beginning in mountain pose, so I took my time trying different strength poses that were explained so well and made appropriate by Mikola. By the end I felt so good :-)
